11am-7pm Easter Sunday inside River Rocks

 

Starters

Rustic Flatbread- Arugula, fennel, roasted red peppers, gouda cheese, cilantro aioli, shaved prime rib    

Baked Brie- Puffed Pastry, cranberry-cherry sauce, fresh fruit, toast points    

Shrimp and Grits- Jumbo shrimp, parmesan grits, sweet potato frittes, red eye gravy      

Rocks House Salad- Field greens, fennel, zucchini, feta cheese, watermelon, candied pecans with our own Orange Blossom Honey Mustard Vinaigrette    

Caesar Salad- Crisp croutons, garlic caesar dressing,

fresh parmesan    

Lobster Bisque- Rich lobster soup with fresh cream and green   onions

Caribbean Mahi- Mango pineapple salsa, coconut curry rice, candied tri-color carrots    

Scottish Salmon- Kentucky Bourbon Glaze, tri colored carrots, herbed rice    

Scallop and Shrimp Oscar- Lump crabmeat, asparagus, mashed potatoes, lobster sherry cream   

Crab Stuffed Sea Bass- Fresh Sea Bass crab stuffed, saffron cream sauce, herbed rice, green beans
